A New Standard in Canine Recovery & Support
When your dog isn’t ready for traditional pet care—but still needs specialized attention—ACC+ provides structured, hands-on support for recovery, medical management, and early intervention.
When the hard part begins after the vet visit…
Bringing your dog home after surgery—or managing a new diagnosis—can feel overwhelming.
You’re balancing medications, activity restrictions, follow-up care, and trying to prevent setbacks… all while managing everyday life.
Even the most attentive pet parents can feel unsure:
Am I doing too much? Not enough? What if something changes?
That’s where ACC+ comes in.
We bridge the gap between veterinary care and home—providing a calm, structured environment where your dog can safely heal, be monitored closely, and supported every step of the way.
WHAT ACC+ IS
Not daycare. Not a medical facility.
Something entirely new.
ACC+ is designed for dogs who need more than traditional care—but not hospitalization.
This program supports dogs who:
- Are recovering from surgery or injury (including post-ACL, spay/neuter care)
- Require monitoring of stitches, incisions, or healing wounds
- Are managing non-contagious medical conditions
- Require restricted activity or controlled movement
- Need medication management and consistent observation
- Are showing early signs of discomfort, limping, or mobility changes
With a strong focus on close monitoring and transparent communication, our team keeps a watchful eye on your dog’s recovery—providing real-time updates and peace of mind every step of the way.
This is intentional, lower-stimulation care—built for healing, prevention, and peace of mind.
There is great space, indoor and out, and great people to take care of our special pups… and it’s staffed 24 hours, with several drop off and pick up times available for daycare. There are also different programs depending on the dogs socialization and skills and there are add-ons that can create a specialized environment for each individual dog. Overall just a great place!

You will always be kept informed about your dog’s condition and recovery progress.
Early Intervention & Prevention
Because the best outcomes start before things get worse
Not every dog in ACC+ is post-surgery.
Many come to us when something just feels “off.”
- A slight limp
- Slower movement
- Early mobility changes
- A hot spot, stitches, or irritation that needs to be closely monitored
These small signs are often the first indicators of larger issues.
ACC+ allows us to monitor, adjust activity, and support your dog early—helping prevent escalation, reduce risk, and in some cases, avoid more serious intervention.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Caring for a dog in recovery—or managing a health concern—can feel stressful and uncertain.
ACC+ gives you confidence that your dog is receiving:
- Consistent care
- Thoughtful monitoring
- A safe, structured environment
- And a team that is paying attention to every detail
Because healing doesn’t end when you leave the vet—it’s just the beginning.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ACC+?
ACC+ is a specialized medical boarding and recovery daycare program for dogs who need structured care after surgery or while managing a chronic medical condition.
It bridges the gap between the veterinary clinic and home by providing supervised rest, medication management, and individualized recovery support in a calm, controlled environment.
If your dog has been cleared to leave the hospital but isn’t ready for normal activity, ACC+ provides the continued care they need.
How is ACC+ different from regular daycare or boarding?
ACC+ is not group play.
It’s designed specifically for dogs who require restricted activity, medication supervision, or close monitoring. Instead of social interaction, your dog receives:
- Quiet, supervised recovery lodging
- Controlled potty breaks
- Medication administration (as prescribed)
- Structured activity restrictions
- Ongoing monitoring to prevent overexertion
Boarding guests receive 24-hour supervision.
Do you offer boarding for dogs after surgery?
Yes. ACC+ is specifically designed for dogs boarding after surgery who require limited activity and consistent medical oversight.
We commonly support recovery from:
- TPLO or ACL surgery
- Orthopedic, neurological, ophthalmic, or soft tissue procedures
- Spay or neuter recovery
- Amputation recovery
Our team follows your veterinarian’s discharge instructions carefully to ensure safe, structured healing.
What conditions qualify for ACC+?

- Arthritis or mobility challenges
- Diabetes (including post-DKA care)
- Pancreatitis
- Kidney disease
- Cancer or post-chemotherapy recovery
- Elderly post-operative care
- Frequent or time-sensitive medication schedules
If your veterinarian recommends limited activity or close supervision, ACC+ may be the right fit.
Do you administer medications?
Yes.
We provide accurate, on-time medication administration for dogs, including:
- Oral medications
- Injectable medications (as directed)
- Post-surgical prescriptions
- Multiple daily or time-sensitive medications
Our team is trained to follow veterinary-approved protocols to ensure safety and consistency.
Will you work with my veterinarian?
Absolutely.
We follow your dog’s discharge instructions carefully and collaborate with your veterinarian when needed to ensure the recovery plan is carried out with precision and compassion.

Your dog will be cared for by trained canine care specialists experienced in post-surgical and medically sensitive cases.
Our team is trained to:
- Administer medications accurately
- Monitor for signs of discomfort or complications
- Follow detailed care plans

- Medication administration
- Gentle movement only if approved
- Ongoing monitoring and comfort checks
- Daily “report cards” and health updates
Recovery is structured, calm, and focused on healing.
